Location

We are only 30 mins drive from Emerald or roughly 1 3/4 hours from the CBD (or approximately half way between the townships of Gembrook and Launching Place). It is so peaceful and private. 40 acres to explore and to relax in!

Facilities

The cottage is all yours.It has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with a spa bath. There is a sofa bed for an extra couple if necessary. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, microwave and oven.  There is a digital TV, DVD/Blu-ray player and a stereo with IPod dock, CD player and AM/FM tuner. There is a BBQ with an outdoor setting overlooking our small vineyard.

2 pm/10am unless otherwise arranged

Rates

2 nights minimum on long weekends and also preferred on standard weekends.

School holidays 3 night minim stay.

PLEASE NOTE EASTER, LONG WEEKENDS,MELBOURNE CUP, XMAS and SCHOOL HOLIDAYS have a higher rate. Please text 0408410717 for a quote.

Easter and Cup Weekend is a four night minimum stay. Grand final and Queens birthday is a three night minimum.

Possibility of additional accommodation in a nearby home, if you have additional guests , or , if the dates you want are already booked.
